1. Composite insulator products are composed of glass fiber epoxy resin lead-out rods, silicone rubber sheds and fittings. Its silicone rubber shed adopts integral injection pressure technology, thus solving the key problem of interfacial electrical breakdown that affects the reliability of composite insulators. The most advanced crimping process is used for the connection between the glass lead rod and the fittings, and it is equipped with a full-automatic sound wave flaw detection detection system. It has high strength, beautiful appearance, small size and light weight. Reusable, reliable structure, no damage to mandrel, can give full play to its mechanical strength.

2. Superior electrical performance and high mechanical strength. The tensile and flexural strength of the epoxy glass lead rod carried inside is 2 times higher than that of ordinary steel, and 8~10 times that of high-strength porcelain materials, which effectively improves the reliability of safe operation.

Good pollution resistance, good anti-pollution performance, strong anti-pollution flashover strength, and its wet withstand voltage and pollution withstand voltage are 2~2.5 times that of porcelain insulators with the same creepage distance. 5. The silicone rubber shed has good water-repellent properties, and its overall structure ensures that the inner insulation is not damp, and preventive insulation monitoring tests are not required, and no cleaning is required, which reduces the daily maintenance workload.

6. Good sealing performance, strong electric corrosion resistance, shed shed material tracking resistance reaches TMA4.5 level, has good aging resistance, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, and can be used in -40℃~-50℃ areas .
